Dear Sirs:

As the key issue of one of the multitude of components of my contractual agreement with your company, it is incumbent upon both sides to have information about the payment arrangements and how my payments (premiums) are posted in your ledger.

Inasmuch, as my contract of insurance with you clearly states that this contract expires on the due date at 12:01 AM, any payments posted in your ledger after that day and time would create a Technically Uninsured period.

Had I suffered a loss between 12:01 AM of the due date and the day after you posted my remittance, no insurance would have existed. This means that you would have contractually and rightfully denied any and all liability because I was "Technically Uninsured" between 12:01 AM and 12:01AM on the day after you posted my remittance in your ledger.

Inasmuch, as I am entitled to receive a pro-rata refund for each day my remittance was posted after the due date, this letter will serve as fair and due notice and a demand that you provide me with a verified copy of your records so that I can ascertain whether or not I am due a refund based on your records.

Please do NOT call me on the phone to discuss this matter in any way whatsoever as uninvited phone calls are interruption to my life and business and only serve to damage my personal freedom and ability to earn a living.

Yours etc.
